Our values.
Our family.
An ethos is the set of values and principles that shapes the character and actions of a person or organisation.
For ETHOS, those values are care, pride in our work and a long-term commitment to the homes we provide.
A name with personal meaning.
The name also brings together the names of my family: Esther, Theo, Olivia and Stephen. It is a daily reminder of the people at the heart of the business and the future I am working to build.

MY STORY
Built on experience.
Driven by possibility.
I began my career as a joiner in my father’s workshop at PW Joinery. This gave me a practical grounding in the trade and an appreciation for the care and attention that quality workmanship requires.
In 2020, I bought my first rental property in Cwmbran and discovered a passion for renovation. Recognising the potential in a home and being part of its transformation opened up a new direction for me.
In 2024, I moved into property full-time. What began with my first rental purchase had become the career I wanted to pursue.

I am grateful to my father for teaching me my trade at PW Joinery. The skills and practical knowledge he passed on laid the foundations for my career and continue to guide every project.

My wife and children are the motivation behind everything I do. For me, ETHOS is about building a secure future for them and creating something lasting for our family.
