Fixed annual interest of 8–12%.
Without the day-to-day hassle.

Discuss lending to ETHOS, with your exact fixed interest rate agreed in advance for the loan term. Your loan helps fund property projects across South Wales while we handle the day-to-day work. We find the properties, organise refurbishment through SW Building CO and manage the rental portfolio — so you don’t have to source deals, coordinate trades or manage tenants.

Each loan would have its own written agreement setting out the fixed interest rate, amount, term, repayment schedule and any security.
